minion178 does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for downtime beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: DDoS attacks, ISP outages, payment processor disruptions, or acts of God.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering or fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method, subject to successful identity verification.
